In Season: June 20 to October 15
Off Season: May 15 to June 20 and October 15 to October 31

Full breakfast and afternoon refreshments included.

Queen and king beds, private baths, ocean views, suite combinations, ideal for friends' and families' celebrations and retreats:
$140-$240 in season
$100-$170 off season

*(Prices based on double occupancy and do not include Maine's 7% sales tax.)
*We accept Visa, Mastercard, travellers and personal checks.
*The required one night deposit will be refunded, if we are notified three weeks prior to arrival time (less $25 processing fee).
*During July and August, guests who cancel their reservation within one week, or who leave before their scheduled departure, are responsible for the entire cost of their stay.
*Sorry no pets and no smoking allowed in the house.
*Answering machine pick-up from Friday at 8 p.m. until Saturday at 9 p.m. Your call will be answered immediately.
